On March 14th, 2015, the Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Norachit Sinhaseni, had a meeting with Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Mr. Daniel Russel, at the Department of State. Also present were Ambassador Pisan Manawapat and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Scot Marciel. Building on the recent visit of the Deputy Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai last April, the two sides exchanged views on Thai-U.S. relations and regional developments of common concern. Permanent Secretary Norachit was in Washington D.C. to attend the 28th ASEAN-U.S. Dialogue.
