On the auspicious day marking the 240th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States of America, I have the honour to extend to you and the American people, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, my warmest congratulations and best wishes for the joyous celebration of your national day.

I note with great pleasure the deep and cordial ties that our two countries have shared and forged for 183 years.  I am confident that together, our two nations can continue to expand our cooperation and collaboration in all dimensions for even greater benefits and prosperity of our peoples.
