On 21 May 2014, Ambassador Vijavat Isarabhakdi hosted a reception in honor of Dr. Jim Yong Kim, former Director of the World Health Organization’s HIV/AIDS Department and current President of the World Bank Group, and Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institute of Health, who are U.S.-based laureates of the 2013 Prince Mahidol Award at the Royal Thai Embassy.
