Ambassador Manasvi Met with the President and CEO of the U.S. – ASEAN Business Council to Promote U.S. Trade and Investment in Thailand

On 18 March 2022, Ambassador Manasvi Srisodapol hosted lunch at the Residence in honor of Ambassador Ted Osius, President and CEO of the U.S. – ASEAN Business Council (USABC) and his team. The luncheon was also joined by Captain Saran Verasa, RTN, Naval Attaché, Mr. Noppadon Kuntamas, Minister (Commercial Affairs) and Ms. Krissana Sukhumparnich, Minister (Agriculture).

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views and discussed ways to promote U.S. investments in Thailand. Ambassador Osius emphasized the Council’s member companies’ strong confidence in Thailand and their readiness to expand investments in the Kingdom. They also discussed the Embassy’s activities to promote Thailand’s APEC priorities in 2022.
