Ambassador Manasvi hosted a working luncheon for representatives of the Thai community, student and business in Ann Arbor, Michigan

On 8 April 2022, Ambassador Manasvi Srisodapol hosted a working luncheon for representatives of the Thai community, student and business in Ann Arbor, Michigan and cities near by at Siam Square Thai restaurant. Among those at the luncheon were Ms. Suchiraphon McKeithen-Polish, Michigan Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission (MAPAAC), Mr. Woody Iddhibhakdibongse, Vice President Office of Administration of Thai Summit America, Ms. Thita Lamsam, President of Thai Student Association, Michigan State University and Mr. Pattichon Pongprapapant, President of Thai Student Association, University of Michigan.

On this occasion, the Ambassador emphasized the Embassy’s readiness to assist the Thai community and Thai students as well as support Thai businesses and their investment in the US.

Thai Summit America has invested in the US since 2002, supplying auto parts for Tesla, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler and other brands. With two manufacturing facilities in Howell, Michigan and Bardstown, Kentucky, the company’s investment has created more than 1,000 jobs in the US.
