USABC hosted a farewell lunch for Ambassador Manasvi

On 14 September 2022, the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council or USABC hosted a farewell lunch in honour of Ambassador Manasvi on the occasion of his retirement. Mr. Ted Osius, CEO and President of the USABC, together with Ms. Alex Valderrama, Senior Director International Government Affairs of Chevron and Mr. Mike Pergine, Vice President and Head of Global Policy of Organon expressed their appreciation on behalf of US businesses to the Ambassador for his dedication to support the investments of US companies in Thailand while Ambassador Manasvi expressed his gratitude to the USABC for playing a significant role in supporting the Embassy’s work in promoting Thai-US economic ties,  resulting in the recent increase in trade and investment between the two countries. The luncheon was also joined by Mr. Daniel Kritenbrink. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs of the State Department, representatives of the US Government, and think tanks, ambassadors of ASEAN countries and representatives of Team Thailand in Washington DC.
