On the auspicious occasion of the royal coronation of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn on May 4, 2019, Thai communities throughout the United States celebrated the day by making merits and doing good deeds. In Washington DC area, hundreds of Thais gathered at Wat Thai Washington, D.C. in Maryland to attend the chanting ceremony, made merits and took part in voluntary and community works. Throughout the day, attendants signed congratulatory book and viewed the exhibition on His Majesty’s activities.
