Mobile Consular Services 2019 Royal Thai Embassy, D.C. If you would like to make an appointment at one of the Consular Service location, Please submit the documents to the online appointment system by following these steps : Application process for passport /and Thai ID card renewal |
| 1. Thai E-Passport (ภาษาไทย) |
| 1.1 Please fill out Thai E-Passport Application form
1.2 Register an online appointment (By selecting one of the below cities) Scan or take photo ,Then upload Thai E-Passport application form and Supporting documents Documents for adult (20 years old and above) – Thai ID Card or Thai House Registration Additional Documents for Minors (under 20 years old) – Thai Birth Certificate – Current passport (If available, this is exempted for the first passport) – Thai Citizenship ID card or Thai House Registration of a minor (If available, this is exempted for the first passport) – Thai Citizenship ID card or Thai passport of parents ( Passport or U.S. Driver’s license can be substituted for a non-Thai citizen ) – Marriage Certificate 1.3 Wait to be contacted from the Embassy to confirm the appointment date and time 1.4 Pay the passport fee by bringing $35 Money Order or Cashier’s Check made payable to “Royal Thai Embassy” and Cash of $25.50 to pay for postage stamp

| 2.1 Please fill out Thai ID Application form
2.2 Register an online appointment (By selecting one of the below cities) Scan/take photo and upload Thai ID Application form and Supporting documents – Current passport – Thai ID Card or Thai House Registration 2.3 Wait to be contacted from the Embassy to confirm the appointment date and time 2.4 Pay the Thai I.D. fee by bringing $4.00 cash to the service location [only for lost Thai I.D. / Damaged / Destroyed] Thai ID Card fee will be exempted for Thai ID renewal. 2.5 Please bring the expired Thai ID
