Ambassador of Thailand had a fruitful meeting with Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State

 

On 2 February 2021, Ambassador Manasvi had a constructive meeting with Ambassador Atul Keshap, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, at the Department of State.

Ambassador Keshap extended a very warm welcome to Ambassador Manasvi and expressed willingness to listen to viewpoints and suggestions from the Thai side during the transition period when the new U.S. government is planning strategies and programs across agencies. Both sides exchanged views on Thailand – U.S. longstanding partnership and friendship, all levels of bilateral relations and cooperation in many areas, including discussions on a diverse range of regional issues.
